MY JOURNEY: My journey into fitness became more than movement for me it became medicine. My anxiety quieted. My confidence grew, I found peace in discipline, clarity in sweating things out, and strength in realizing I was capable of more than I believed. This journey wasn’t about becoming someone new for me, it was about coming home to myself. Fitness gave me the structure to heal, the power to rebuild, and the mindset to create a life rooted in self-respect and resilience. I believe that fitness should be fun, empowering and accessible to everyone at all stages. It’s about feeling strong in your everyday life. As a mum of three, I know firsthand the challenges of staying active while managing family, work and everything in between.
FAVOURITE WORKOUT/CHALLENGE: There is nothing better than the challenge of a pull day for me, back day is my favourite there’s something empowering building strength in the muscles that literally support you.
FUN FACT: Three years ago, was my first time I ever stepped foot in a gym.
